There are so many ways to get your Vitamin C, also known as Ascorbic Acid. When you look at drinks or foods that have ‘ascorbic acid’ you would think it is good you are getting a dose of Vitamin C. However, I would really encourage you to start developing a diversity within fruits and vegetables.
Vitamin C is really good for building your immune system, helps maintain the elasticity of your skin, treats colds and decreases your risk for cancer.
How can you get more Vitamin C? Unfortunately, we don’t create Vitamin C in our bodies so we get it from food and supplements. I prefer to get all my nutrients from foods. When you think of Vitamin C we automatically think of Oranges and Lemons.

Broccoli, Kale, Dark Leafy Greens, All of your berries; Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries and Blueberries, Tomatoes, Mangoes and Pineapples, to name a few.
